fantastic experience!
early check-in family fun clean room
the staff welcomed me kindly and allowed an early check in. the kids had so much fun and remained happy throughout my stay. the room was suitable for my family and very clean. i found the experience swift and efficient.
the room ac did not cool well. i informed reception twice and went down personally to complain. nobody came to fix it and my complaint was not addressed properly.

The staff were professional and helpful. They looked after the kids near the playground and swimming pool. valet parking was available, and the team concentrated on making the kids have a great time!?!

the staff was very friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. activities for children were well-organized and engaging. the hotel's close proximity to the theme parks provided convenient access, allowing more time to explore. i also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in arranging transportation.
the room ac needed a bit of adjustment to reach the optimal temperature.

friendly staff various activities clean suite
The reception staff were friendly on arrival. They made a positive impression. activities kept the children entertained, catering to various age groups. our kingdom fully themed family suite was spacious, it was also clean. it had comfortable beds that ensured quiet nights.
I found the water accumulated slowly in the bathtub during showers. We had to use towels to soak up the water. the in-room telephone wasn't functional. I tried to call for help, but received no answer. i had to report the issue to the front desk.

great service gluten-free options room cleanliness hard beds
The staff provided great service. They knew about gluten-free options at the hotel and its restaurants. I really liked the Legoland and water parks (my kids loved it!).
The room was not very clean. Kids' beds were hard (maybe too hard for them).
